FAST SOUP WITH SOOKS

Ingredients:
● Potatoes - 4 pieces
● Carrots - 1 piece
● Onions - 1 pc.
● Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
● Salt - to taste
● Frankfurters - 4 pieces
● Vermicelli - 1 horst.
● Green peas - 0.5 b.
● Black pepper - to taste
● Bay leaf - to taste
● Greens - to taste
● Water (or chicken broth) - 2 l
Preparation:
In the boiling salted water put the cut potatoes. Cut onion and carrots, save on vegetable oil. Add cut sausages to the sausage, fry. Add a handful of thin vermicelli to the potatoes, allow to boil. Then add sausage and sauteed peas. Cook a couple minutes. Add the bay leaf, black pepper. After a minute remove from heat.
