Layered liver salad
Ingredients:1) Veal liver 350 gr.,2) Marinated cucumbers 300 gr.,3) Eggs 200 gr.,4) Carrot 300 gr.,5) Onion 150 g.,6) Salt, mayonnaise - to taste
Preparation:Liver the calf, then grate on a large grater. Cut cucumbers into small cubes. Carrots boil, brush and grate on a large grater. Cut the onions into small cubes and fry in a pan. Eggs boil, squeeze the proteins from the yolks, grate the squirrels on a large grater, leave the yolks for decoration. Lay in layers in a rectangular or oval dish with high sides in the following order: liver 1/2, fried onion 1/2, cucumber 1/2, carrot squirrel. Next, put the remaining liver, onions, cucumbers. Sprinkle top with yolk, grated on a fine grater. Add the mayonnaise to taste.
