Honey-lemon chicken breasts


Approximate cooking time: 45 minutes

Ingredients for 4-6 servings:

4 chicken fillets, about 200 grams each
2 tablespoons Liquid honey
2 lemons
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:

Mix honey, olive oil, salt, pepper, juice of one and grated zest of two lemons.

We put the chicken fillet in a baking dish, pour out the limno-honey mixture from above and distribute it evenly over chicken.

We put the form in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake, periodically pouring the top of the marinade, about 30-35 minutes, until the fillet becomes golden brown, and the sauce will not evaporate almost completely.

We take out the ready-made breasts from the oven and cool it.

We cut and serve with lemon wedges.
