Preparation:
1. To make a dough, we need to beat eggs with vanillin and sugar, then pour in the flour, baking powder for the dough and again whisk all the ingredients. This is a win-win biscuit recipe, which in all cases turns out to be lush and gentle.2. To prevent the dough from sticking with butter or margarine, bake a baking dish.3. Pour the dough into a mold and put it in a hot oven. Bake on moderate fire for about an hour. The temperature in the oven should be about 180 ° C.4. Then we prepare the cream. To do this, beat the sugar with the egg, add vanillin, milk and flour. All the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and put on a slow fire. Cook the cream, stirring constantly, until it thickens.5. As soon as the cream thickens, remove it from the heat, add butter and all again whisk. The finished cream is cooled.6. Then cook the frosting. Take the saucepan and put the cut butter in it. We put the saucepan on a weak fire and melt the butter. Next we add cocoa, sugar, sour cream and vanillin. Mix everything and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved. Glaze must be constantly stirred, so it does not burn, but bring to a boil should not be.7. Cut the finished cake along into two halves.
