Oat cookies


Ingredients:

Oatmeal (only Hercules, not fast-food flakes!)
Oil - 100 g
Sugar - 160 g
Flour - 25 g
Yolk - 1 pc.
Baking Powder - 1 tsp. Without a hill

Preparation:

1. Such sweet dough is baked at high temperature, so that the edges are toasted and caramelized. Let's set it to 200C.
2. Pour the oatmeal into the combine with the knives and mix it not too finely.
3. Now add the rest of the ingredients, add the softened butter and yolk.
4. Knead with a spoon or in a combine until a sticky soft dough turns out.
5. Take it with a spoon and roll the balls. Put on a baking tray, always covered with baking paper - a cookie with a lot of sugar sticks! Put the balls far apart, they are very blooming! If you want cookies of the same size - use a small measuring spoon to measure the dough.
6. Bake at 20 ° C for 10-12 minutes. When baking the cookies will rise, but when you get it, it will fall off.
7. Let cool for a couple of minutes to allow the cookies to harden and remove from the pan. Now you can eat.
