Toritilla with shrimps
Ingredients:
4 large eggs
200 g of peeled shrimp
2 small zucchini (300 g)
2 small onions
Dill, lemon pepper, pinch of saffron, spices to taste
Preparation:
Rub zucchini on a large grater
Finely chop the shallots and lightly put out with a half of zucchini, minutes 2-3
Remove from fire
Beat eggs and a half (raw) grated zucchini, add the stew mixture, salt, pepper, add the spices to taste, mix thoroughly and pour into a hot pan
Put on the top of the shrimp, reduce the heat, cover and keep on fire until cooked.
When serving, sprinkle with chopped dill
Toritilla can be made in the oven. Who loves as much as they like.
You can add garlic to the egg mixture, different greens. I prefer the "natural" option because The taste of shrimps remains.
